About
We solve problems for a living.
Problem Solver Co is for owners who are too busy running the business to chase down why it isn't growing.
That's our job. We go find the leak, fix it, and show you the numbers.
What we believe
Four rules we work by.
-
Fix first.
A report that sits in a drawer solves nothing. We do the work.
-
Plain English.
If we can't explain the problem in one sentence, we don't understand it yet.
-
Numbers or it didn't happen.
Every fix gets measured before and after, so you can see what changed.
-
Biggest leak first.
We start with the problem costing you the most and work down the list.
Every business has a leak. Most owners haven't had time to look.
We have. Tell us what's going on and we'll start there.
Got a problem? Good.
Tell us what's going wrong. We'll tell you what's causing it.
